About This Property

Historic Sullivans Island home in search of a new owner with the desire, and ability to...live slow. Slow, shell-hunting excursions on wide, sandy beaches; slow strolls to renown restaurants and local watering holes; slow dinner parties on expansive, screened porches; slow, star-filled nights under a magnificent backyard oak. If this lifestyle sounds appealing, bring your design team and take a private tour. Creative upgrades and expansion opportunities abound to make this former officer quarters your dream home. The property sits on a 1/3 acre street-to-street lot filled with lush greenery and room for growth. Well-cared for and well-loved for 54 years by present owner; this home is ready for new ideas, new memories, and a new chapter. Home sold AS IS. DR chandelier does not convey.
